What are your options?

At the Heart of Texas PRC, we want you to be empowered and encouraged. When talking about your options, we want to provide you with accurate information in a loving and compassionate way.

Parenting

Parenting can come with hardships and much sacrifice; but it is also rewarding! We understand that parenting takes a village, and our experience client advocates can explain how the Heart of Texas Pregnancy Resource Center can encourage you in your parenting decision.

Adoption

Choosing an adoption plan means you are voluntarily transferring your rights as the parent of your baby to another family. Choosing adoption means you want your baby to have a good life, but right now may not be the best time for you to be a parent. There are many options when choosing adoption, and our trained client advocates would be more than happy to talk about these or refer you to an adoption agency.

Abortion

Abortion is your third option as a woman. There are three kinds of abortions. This means you will terminate the pregnancy. Typically, you will need to have an ultrasound to see how far along you are before choosing an abortion. At the Heart of Texas Pregnancy Resource Center, our compassionate staff will share accurate information provided from the Texas Health and Human Services and help you confirm you pregnancy.

We promise to provide free, confidential, and compassionate care for no cost.

You do not need insurance to receive our free services. Our services include pregnancy tests, individual support, resource help, and community and medical referrals at no cost. We are a confidential center. We do not require parental consent or insurance.

What Are People Saying About Heart of Texas Pregnancy Resource Center?

My experience with Heart of Texas has been amazing. It's incredible how big the hearts are of all the people who work there or volunteer there have. To me, they are like angels because since day one back in 2018 when I took a pregnancy test with them, they have been by my side and want to help as long as I ask for it! They have been a huge help with praying for me & my son, and helping me with clothes & diapers for my son. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my son. I'm thankful that I have a place to go to like the Heart of Texas. I can go for help and not feel uncomfortable or embarrassed because they make you feel like family. They really make you feel loved and cared for. I can't express how blessed I am to have found these wonderful people.

Heart of Texas has been a great blessing and more so in this difficult time. They have provided us with necessary resources for my family such as wipes diapers and clothes. The classes they offer are also a great help because I learn how to be a better mom and how to raise my children better. With the heart of texas, it has been easier to cope with such a difficult time that we are living in, God bless each volunteer who always serves us with a smile and kindness and make us feel part of their family. thank you Heart of Texas.
